Chair Yoga + Chinese Five Elements In-Person
Presented by Vimala (Tammy Quinn), Director of the School of Hatha Yoga
Join Tammy for a rejuvenating Chair Yoga series that weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, and the wisdom of the Chinese Five Elements. Through simple, relaxing stretches, you’ll build core strength, improve mobility, and release stress. Each class blends guided meditation, breath awareness, and mindful movement inspired by the elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—designed to support balance and harmony in both body and mind.
Registration for Tuxedo residents opens on Monday, June 23rd, and non-residents Friday, July 11th.
